Cancellation date is determined by the date that written notice of cancellation is received by Relationships That Work® (RTW).

 

RTW issues refunds within 10 business days of the date a written request is received.

 

Refunds are issued according to the following schedule, where “months out” refers to the time frame prior to the start date of the course:

 

• 6 months out or more: full refund less $50 processing fee

• 5 – 6 months out: 90% refund

• 2 – 4 months out: 80% refund

• 1 – 2 months out: 50% refund

• Within 1 month: registration fee may be applied to a future course with a $100 change fee.

 

Refunds are NOT issued to registrants in the case of non-attendance of a course.
